2 1/2 lb watermelon
1 c. sugar - minus 1 tablespoon
2 T. lemon juice
1 T. vodka

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and seed watermelon and puree flesh until smooth. You'll have about two cups.

Combine watermelon with remaining ingredients in large bowl. Stir for several minutes until sugar is dissolved. Pour mixture into small container and refrigerate for a couple of hours.

Pour chilled mixture into container of ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
