2 c. whole wheat flour
6 c. regular oats
1 c. coconut
1 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. water
1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. honey or corn syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
1 T. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, oats, coconut and wheat germ in a large mixing bowl. Blend water, oil, honey (or corn syrup), vanilla and salt in a separate bowl. Add blended liquids to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spread out on 2 greased cookie sheets and bake for one hour at 250 stirring every 20 minutes. Great as a cereal or over yogurt or just as a snack by the handful.
