1 c. oil
1 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first five ingredients - then reserve 1/2 c. of the mixture. Add remaining ingredients to the first five and then pour into a 9" X 12" glass dish sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture and bake for 30-45 minutes at 350.
