1/2 c butter
2/3 c brown sugar
1 t cinnamon, ground
4 bananas, sliced
1/3 c rum
1 quart vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, melt butter w/ brown sugar and cinnamon. Cook over med. high heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, about 3 minutes. Add sliced bananas, heat through, carefully turning to coat. Heat rum until warm. Pour slowly over the banana mixture and ignite immediately. Do not stir. Spoon the sauce and bananas over vanilla ice cream.
