2 Egg whites
1/2 C sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 C pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff. add remaining ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet covered with oiled parchment paper. bake in a 275 degree oven for 40 to 60 minutes.
