1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. shortening ( half butter )
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
3 c. oatmeal
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Roll into balls, flatten with a glass and bake at 350º about 10 minutes.
