1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 c. Hellman's mayonnaise
2 T. chopped chives
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 loaf cocktail rye or pumpernickel. Cut off ends or use a small cookie cutter

Mix all the ingredients. Spread each piece of bread with about a tsp. or less. Put in freezer on cookie sheet and freeze. When frozen store in plastic bag until ready to use. Bake at 350 about 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve hot. You do not have to defrost before baking.
