2 egg whites, room temperature 2/3 C sugar pinch of salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 C chopped pecans 1 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Beat egg whites until almost stiff. Gradually add sugar and beat until egg whites are stiff Mix in salt and vanilla Fold in pecans and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased, foil covered cookie sheet. Place cookies in oven immediately turn off oven. Leave in closed oven overnight
