1 cup milk
1 T flour, heaping
1 tsp vanilla extract
dash salt

Part 2 Base
1/4 cup Crisco
1/2 C butter
1 C sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cook over low heat until thick and creamy then cool until cold (this is important)

Base cream until light and fluffy, then beat in thickened mixture. beat like whipped cream, usually about 5 minutes.
