3 eggs separated
1 2/3 c corn, drained
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks well. Add corn, salt and pepper, and flour. fold into stiffly beaten egg whites. Drop by tablespoons on hot greased skillet or griddle. Cook each side until golden brown.
