5 c. flour
2 pkg dry yeast
2 T sugar
2 T butter
2 tsp salt
1 c milk
3/4 c. water
1 T melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees Bake 20 to 30 minutes
In large bowl add 2 cups flour, yeast, salt, sugar. Mix well. Heat milk, water, and butter to 120 degrees. Mix with dry ingredients and knead for 10 minutes until smooth. Let rise 20 minutes. Form into two loaves and place into two greased 8x4 inch pans. Let rise until double, about 30 minutes. With sharp knife make gash across the top of loaves. Pour melted butter into slash and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
