2 loaves bread, use large size
4 to 5 stalks celery
2 medium onions, chopped
3 medium delicious apples
4 T. butter
2 or 3 large eggs
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Recipe is for a large turkey. Night before roasting turkey, break bread up into small pieces Wrap with plastic and place into refrigerator overnight. In the morning add the butter to top of small diced mixture apples, celery, and onions and heat in microwave for about 6 minutes .Start mixing the mixture with the eggs, seasonings, and enough chicken broth to moisten. Stuff the turkey and roast according to your preferred method.
