raw sliced potatoes 1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup 1/2 lb. butter 1 cup water
Put generous amount of raw sliced potatoes in 9 by 13 pan. Combine the onion soup, butter, and water. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until tender. Uncover the last 5 minutes to brown the top.
I make this in a 9 by 9 pan and use half the above ingredients; then reduce baking time slightly.
