3 eggs
1 3/4 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
4-6 diced apples
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together eggs, sugar and oil. Add all other ingredients except apples, mix well. Fold in apples. Bake in greased 9 x 13 pan at 350 for 1 hour.
