1 lb. ground beef
1 c. Minute Rice, raw
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 medium onion, diced
1 can tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef, rice, salt, pepper, and onion. Form into 1 inch balls. Place in baking dish and pour tomato soup over top. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
