6 c. spinach leaves - washed (or big bag of spinach)
2 c. basil - washed
1/2 c. olive oil
3 garlic cloves - chopped
1/2 c. pine nuts
4 oz. proscuitto- diced
3/4 c. parmesan cheese - grated
salt & pepper - to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Toss spinach and basil in large bowl.

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat - add garlic & pine nuts.

Saute until nuts turn brown slightly.

Stir in proscuitto and cook another minute.

Season to taste with salt and pepper

Toss salad with warm dressing and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
