1/3 cup cocoa
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup flour
5 eggs separated
4 cups whole milk
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cocoa, sugar and flour. Slowly stir in milk using wire whisk. Beat egg yolks well with fork and add to mixture. Cook on medium high, stirring constantly. When mixture bubbles, add butter and vanilla. Stir until butter is melted and remove from heat. Top with meringue. ( I add an extra egg white to make enough for 2 pies)
