1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp vodka (optional)
1 tbsp Tabasco sauce
2 to 3 lbs top sirloin steak (3/4 inch thick)

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly oil grill and heat barbecue to medium-high. In a small bowl mix garlic powder, celery salt, pepper, vodka and Tabasco. Rub all over steaks. Leave steak at room temperature for at least 1/2 an hour. Barbecue steaks uncovered until meat gives slight resistance when pressed. 3 to 5 minutes per side (medium rare). Place steaks on cutting board and let stand 5 minutes before thinly slicing into strips.
