Venison (tenderloin works best)
Cream cheese
Sliced jalapeño peppers
Bacon slices ( cut in half)

Directions:
Directions:
Slice venison into rounds. Pound with tenderizer mallet until very thin. Spread the venison with cream cheese (amount will depend on how much you like cream cheese). Place a jalapeño pepper in the center of the venison, on top of the cream cheese. Roll the venison slice up and wrap with bacon slice. Secure with toothpick. Bake at 350ºfor about 30 minutes. Broil bacon until crisp.
