Linguine pasta
1/2 to 3/4 lb. - uncooked, peeled, deveined shrimp
1/2 of 19 oz. can - diced tomatoes
1/2 tub - soft spread cream cheese

Large handful - spinach leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Cook linguine, drain, and transfer to large bowl.

Heat skillet over med-high heat - add uncooked
shrimp, tomatoes, and cream cheese. Cook for
3 to 5 minutes or until sauce is blended and shrimp
are cooked through.

Toss spinach leaves into cooked pasta. Add shrimp mixture and toss to coat.
