8 chicken breasts
8 oz. mozzarella cheese
4 oz. asiago cheese
4 oz. romano cheese
2 T. butter
2 T. flour
Clove of garlic
Qt. of whole milk
Fresh oregano
Fresh basil
Lasagna pasta

Grill/broil chicken breasts till done and set aside. Chop in pieces when cooled. In sauce pan melt butter and add flour. Cook for a few minutes and add milk and whisk till thickened and smooth. In a 9" x 13" pan alternate layers of sauce and pasta, chicken and each of the cheeses and fresh herbs. Top with remaining cheeses and herbs and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
