1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 small onion, diced
1 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears
1 (8 oz.) cream corn
1 c. seasoned dry herb stuffing mix
1 large egg, slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 2 qt. casserole dish. Melt the 1/2 stick butter; set aside. Set diced onion aside. Cook frozen broccoli spears and drain off water. Cut into bite size pieces when cooled. In a bowl, combine melted butter, diced onion, broccoli, cream corn, herb stuffing mix and slightly beaten egg. Stir gently to mix. Pour mixture into prepared casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
