2 tbsp shortening
2 cloves garlic minced
2 small onions minced
2 lbs hamburger
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp cayenne
1 tsp of pepper
chili peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Fry shortening, garlic and onions for 2 minutes. Add hamburger, simmer for 1 hour covered. Add chili powder, salt, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne and chili peppers. Bake at 275 for 1 hour. Keep adding small amounts of water if dry.
