3-4 lbs. sirloin tip roast
1 stick of butter
3/4 cup water
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp fennel seed
2 cloves of garlic, diced
2 large onions, sliced
2 cans of beef gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Serves: 8-10
Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Place all ingredients except gravy in crock pot and cook on high for 20 minutes. Then turn to low and cook for 8 hours. Thirty minutes before serving add 2 cans of gravy. Shred beef with fork. Serve on Kaiser rolls.
