1-1/4 cups flour
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup finely grated carrots
2/3 cup mashed bananas
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together on low speed until moistened. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Put in paper-lined tins. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes. Ice if desired. Makes 2 dozen.
