3 eggs
2/3 cup pumpkin (canned)
1 cup sugar
cup flour
2 tsp cinnamon
tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup chopped nuts

Filling:
6 oz cream cheese
cup margarine
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs 5 minutes. Add sugar and pumpkin. Add dry ingredients.
Spread on jelly roll pan that has been lined with foil and greased (cookie sheet works fine) Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
Turn out onto tea towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll up and let cool When cool unroll and spread with filling. Roll back up. Wrap in foil and
chill. Slice in slices.
