Ingredients:  
1-1/2 lbs cubed beef
1 small onion chopped
1 small can mushrooms, drained
1- 8 oz container sour cream
2 cans “Golden Mushroom” soup
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and beef until brown. Add salt & pepper. Drain juices; add mushrooms, soup and sour cream. Simmer and stir until well blended.

Either transfer to baking dish and bake 60-75 minutes at 300
Or
Transfer to crock-pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Serve over cooked egg noodles or rice.
