Spinach Salad Recipe

1/2 cup Red Wine vinegar
1-cup oil
1 tsp poppy seeds
cup sugar
1 tsp salt
tsp dry mustard
Blend ingredients together and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

1 head iceberg lettuce
1 bunch spinach
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
10 bacon strips cooked well and crumbled
1 cup Swiss cheese cut into small cubes or strips

Before serving combine all ingredients than pour dressing over salad and toss. Put enough dressing to lightly coat all lettuce.
