Ingredients:
4-eggs
1-cup of sugar
2-tbsp of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 gallon of milk

Directions:
Directions:
mix well all together, then add to ice cream maker. add ice, and rock salt on top of ice. add ice and salt as it melts. Takes about 1/2 to 1 hour before motor on ice cream maker will stop. when motor stops ice cream is ready. You can also add fruit or instant coffee (3-4 tps) for coffee ice cream. I usually buy a small container of frozen strawberries (let thaw) and add to the mix. This is really good.
