1 pound stew meat or round steak - cut into cubes
flour
salt
pepper
garlic salt
1 pound sliced mushrooms
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
ketchup
1 pint sour cream
Package of egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bag, mix 1 c flour, salt and pepper, and garlic salt. Add cut beef meat into bag and shake / distribute well, making sure the meat is coated evenly.

Heat up oil in frying pan, brown meat. For tastier meat pour in a little wine*. Take off heat and drain oil.

Saute mushrooms in butter - for tastier mushrooms once again add a little wine*. When sautéed add meat, and soup. Heat until warm. Add 2 T of ketchup. Mix. When ready to serve, add pint of sour cream and let it melt into the sauce. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
