8 (3/4 think) salmon steaks
3/4 cup dry vermouth or dry white wine
3/4 cup olive oil; 1 1/2 T lemon juice
1 T fresh chopped Thyme or 1 tsp dried Thyme
1 T fresh chopped marjoram or 1 tsp dried marjoram
1 T fresh chopped sage or 1tsp dried sage
1 T fresh chopped parsley
3/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place salmon in 2 shallow glass dishes. Combine wine and next eight ingredients, reserve 1/3 cup marinade.
Pour remaining marinade over salmon. Cover and refrigerate one hour. Remove from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill, covered w/ lid down over medium heat 5-6 minutes each side; brushing frequently w/ reserved 1/3 cup marinade.
