5 Medium Red potatoes
1 can (12 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
3 boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
1 1/2 to 2 cups diced cooked ham
1 1/2 to 2 cups (about 10 slices) Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbsp parsley leaves

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F. Spray 9" x 13" baking dish.
Dice the potatoes into small chunks, leaving the skin on. Place the potatoes in a microwave dish with 2 tablespoons water. Cover the dish with waxed paper. Microwave for 4 to 8 minutes, until tender and fork goes in easily.
Mix everything together. Place in the 9" x 13" baking dish. Bake 50 to 60 minutes uncovered until chicken is no longer pink and cheese begins to brown.
