1 c smoked salmon - cut into chunks
2 T butter
1/2 c chopped onions
1/4 c chopped celery
1/2 c chopped green pepper
2 T flour
1 1/4 chicken stock
1/4 c sour cream
1 t fresh dill, minced, or dill weed
Pepper to taste
1 T chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, melt butter, saute onion, celery, and green pepper. Stir in flour, add chicken stock and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until reaching boiling point. Add sour cream, dill, pepper, smoked salmon; heat 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add parsley before serving.
