2 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate (melted)
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil

Add to above:
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. semi -sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Pour in 3 small greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake 350 60-70 minutes.
