Crust
1/2 C. chopped walnuts
1/2 C. butter (melted)
1 C. flour

Filling
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. cool whip
1 C. powdered sugar
2 small pkgs. pistachio instant pudding
3 C. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix walnuts, butter, and flour together and press in 9x13 pan and bake for 350 for 15 minutes

Filling: Mix cream cheese, cool whip,powdered sugar together and spread on cooled crust.

Mix pistachio pudding and milk, let thicken at room temperature and pour on top of above filling.
