1-(40oz. or 2 20oz.) Stouffer's Mac & Cheese
4 boneless skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1-(14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1-(10oz.) pkg. frozen sweet green beans, thawed
1-(14 1/2oz.) can sliced carrots, drained
1-(3oz.) can chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Remove mac & cheese from package and microwave per directions on back of package. Cut chicken into 1/2 inch cubes. Melt butter in large pot over medium high heat, add the chicken and onions, saute 5 minutes. Add the chicken broth, salt and pepper, cook 10 minutes. Stir in peas, carrots and mac & cheese. Simmer 10 minutes. Sprinkle each serving with chow mein noodles.
