1 1/2 cups (12 oz) creamy peanut butter

1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature

1 cup confectioners' sugar

1/4 cup heavy cream

2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat peanut butter and butter with an electric mixer at medium-high speed for approximately 3 minutes, or until fluffy.
Add confectioners' sugar, beating at medium-low speed for approximately 1 minute, or until combined.
Add cream and vanilla, beating at medium-high speed for approximately 1 minute, or until fluffy.
Yields about 4 cups. Prep time about 10 minutes.
