3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 large unpeeled baking potato, cut into wedges
2 tsp. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salt, Parmesan cheese, basil and pepper in a small bowl. Brush cut edges of potato wedges with oil; dip into cheese mixture. Place in a greased 8 inch square pan. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
