5 eggs
3 c sugar
1 pt whipping cream
Dash of salt
1 T vanilla
1/2 Gallon of Whole Milk
Bag of Ice
Ice Cream salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Gradually blend in sugar until very smooth. Continue to gradually add cream, salt, and vanilla. Pour mixture into Ice Cream freezer container. Add milk until level reaches 2 inches from top of container. Layer ice and salt then start freezer. Continue to layer ice and salt as the ice melts. When freezer stops then the ice cream is ready to serve.
