Ingredients:  
1 large cucumber
1 (32 oz.) plain yogurt
2 tsp. dill weed
Mint (fine)
Finely ground walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Grate the peeled cucumber into the yogurt. Add dill weed and a pinch of mint. Add walnuts. Mix well. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
