Meatballs:
3 lb ground beef
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
1 c oatmeal
1 c cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 c chopped onion or minced onion
1/2 t garlic powder
2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
2 t chili powder

Sauce:
2 c catsup
1 c brown sugar
1/2 t liquid smoke
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 c chopped onion or minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Meatballs: Combine all ingredients and shape into balls. Place meatballs on wax paper in single layers and freeze until solid. Store frozen meatballs in freezer bags until ready to cook.

Sauce: Combine all ingredients and stir.

Place frozen meatballs in baking dish and pour sauce on top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
