1/2 c margarine
1/2 c shortening (butter flavor Crisco works well)
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c powdered sugar
1 egg
1 t vanilla
1/2 t salt
1/2 t baking soda
2 1/2 c flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, shortening, sugar, and powdered sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Mix until blended well. Mix together salt, baking soda, and flour. Combine flour and sugar mixture. press onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes 350 degrees. Frost when cool
