Ingredients:  
1/2 c butter
2/3 c brown sugar
2 c rice chex
1 c coconut
1 c pecans
1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except ice cream on stove until butter is melted - cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Put about 1/2 of mixture on the bottom of 13 X 9 pan. Put 1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream on top of mixture. Top with remaining mixture. Freeze and serve.
