12-2 inch low-fat cinnamon graham cracker squares (6 full cracker sheets)
1-16 oz can pumpkin
1 small box instant sugar free butterscotch or vanilla pudding (dry mix)
1 1/2 cups fat free Cool Whip
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Place 4 graham cracker squares in the bottom of a small square pan. Mix the can of pumpkin with the dry pudding mix. Add pumpkin pie spices, to taste, if desired. Spoon 1/3 of pumpkin mixture on top of 4 crackers. Top this with 1/2 cup fat free Cool Whip. Repeat layers two more times...ending with the Cool Whip. Sprinkle top with cinnamon, if desired. Cover and chill well.
