5 T. cornstarch
1/4 t. salt
1 c. sugar
2 c. water
3 egg yolks
2 T. butter
2 t. lemon rind
5 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cornstarch, salt and 1/2 c. sugar in double boiler, add water, mix well. Cook over boiling water till thick. Cover, cook 10 mins. Combine egg yolks and remaining sugar. Stir a little hot mixture pour in boiler, cook 2 min longer. Then add butter, rind and juice.
