4 firm, ripe peaches, peeled
8 vanilla wafers, crushed
1 egg
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
2 T. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cut peaches in half, remove pit. Arrange cut side up in lightly buttered shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. In medium bowl mix rest of ingredients. Mound 2 teaspoon full in each peach cavity. Bake 15-20 minutes in 350F. oven.
