2 lbs. cooked chicken
2 heads fresh broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. curry powder
lemon juice
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
bread crumbs
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into chicken-tender sized pieces and steam until cooked. (or use any other cooking method you like)
Set aside.
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces and steam until just tender.
Lightly grease a large baking dish.
Layer broccoli in bottom of dish then top with cooked chicken pieces.
In a bowl mix the soup, mayonnaise, curry and dash of lemon juice.
Spread the sauce evenly over the broccoli/chicken layers.
Sprinkle cheese over all and cover with bread crumbs.
Dot with butter.
Bake 25 - 30 minutes at 350
