8 boneless chicken breasts, (skinless of course)
8 4x4" Swiss cheese slices
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. white wine
1 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Lightly grease a large baking dish.
Arrange chicken in dish and top with cheese slices.
Combine soup and wine and spoon over chicken.
Sprinkle with stuffing mix.
Drizzle with butter.
Bake 1 hour.

If you have had dinner at my mother's house you have had this dish. Originally found in Southern Living Magazine this recipe was so often requested and served I renamed it in honor of my mother, Dorothy Blom.
