1 lb carrots, peeled and cut in thin strips
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 c. mayonnaise
salt/pepper to taste
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. flavored bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil carrots until tender, drain.
Place carrots in baking dish.
Combine other ingredients, except crumbs and pour over carrots.
Sprinkle crumbs over all.
Bake 15 minutes at 375
