2 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
4 Tablespoons Oil/Part Sesame Seed Oil
1 Cup of Cooked Meat, (Beef, Chicken, Shrimp)
2 Scallions, Top, Chopped
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1-3 Cups Cooked Rice
1/4 Cup of Chopped Carrots
1/2 Cup Green Peas
1/4 Cup of French Sliced Green Beans

Directions:
Directions:
Scramble eggs in wok with 1 tablespoon of oil until cooked. Remove to dish. Heat remaining oil; add vegetables, cook until tender. Add cooked rice, coat with sesame oil. Add meat, scallions and seasons, soy sauce, heat. Add eggs.
